Unless you notify us otherwise, we will ship to you based on the preferred shipping method on your application form. We ship directly to the door with UPS or to an airport of your choice with Southwest NFG. When UPS is chosen as your preferred shipping method, you will be billed separately for the shipping charge. We benefit from a 60% discount off of UPS's retail rates, and we pass those savings to you.

When Southwest NFG is chosen, the shipping fee is paid directly to Southwest when your pick up your order.

Our DOA policy is simple! If anything arrives on the scheduled delivery date dead, let us know that same day and send us a picture of the dead coral or fish. We will credit you in the form of replacement similar coral/fish on your next order or credit towards other items on your next order. 

We are not responsible for flight delays or other unforeseen mishaps that may occur during shipping (for example delays due to plane or delivery truck mechanical failures, severe weather conditions, lost or misplaced packages during transit, etc...), although we always try to be reasonable and work with our customers when transit issues arise.
